Workouts vary daily and aim to improve overall fitness and performance across multiple domains, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. What is Morning Monsters? A CrossFit open gym class focusing on replicating the intensity of CrossFit competitions within a group setting. These longer partner workouts often involves multiple rounds of high-intensity exercises such as Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, and cardio activities like rowing or running.
