CrossFit ClassesWhat is CrossFit? CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that incorporates elements from various disciplines such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. It typically involves a wide range of functional movements performed at high intensity, in a group setting. Workouts vary daily and aim to improve overall fitness and performance across multiple domains, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility. Power HourWhat is Power Hour? Inspired by CrossFit principles, this class is tailored for everyone, offering a scaled-back approach with bodyweight movements, lighter weights, and invigorating cardio. Whether you’re a beginner or prefer a less complex workout, Power Hour is your ideal choice. Get ready to move, have fun, and leave each session with a sense of accomplishment!

morning monstersWhat is Morning Monsters? A CrossFit open gym class focusing on replicating the intensity of CrossFit competitions within a group setting. These longer partner workouts often involves multiple rounds of high-intensity exercises such as Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, and cardio activities like rowing or running.

YogaYoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation or relaxation techniques to promote overall health and well-being. In a typical yoga session, practitioners start with centering and breathing exercises to calm the mind. They then move through a series of poses, which vary in difficulty and focus on flexibility, strength, and balance. Each pose is often held for a few breaths to encourage mindfulness and awareness of the body.

CrossFit Geronimo offers a combination of CrossFit WODs, YOGA, Barbell classes and endurance WODs (Workout of the Day). |
