YOga - Offered Every Saturday at 8am!

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation or relaxation techniques to promote overall health and well-being. In a typical yoga session, practitioners start with centering and breathing exercises to calm the mind. They then move through a series of poses, which vary in difficulty and focus on flexibility, strength, and balance. Each pose is often held for a few breaths to encourage mindfulness and awareness of the body.

​Throughout the practice, emphasis is placed on proper alignment, breath awareness, and cultivating a present-moment awareness. Yoga sessions usually conclude with a relaxation or meditation period, allowing practitioners to integrate the physical and mental benefits of their practice.
